弊社は4月1日が入社式でした。
まずは3月31日に歓迎会か運動会的にあり
大縄跳びやったりドッチボール大会やったり
ヘトヘトでした
しかし、かなり距離感は同期同士で近くなったんじゃないかと思います。
全国から採用してますので多くの地域からの参加となります。
そして4月1日の入社式
毎年100名ずつぐらい社員数が増えてますので年々面白くなってます。
最近では年間通して中途採用もバランスよく採用するようにしていますが、新卒社員の初々しさは見てるこっちがシャキッとします。
私達は商品という物質が存在しないサービス業
皆んなの成長意欲が＝会社の成長意欲
100パーセントです。
新たな刺激となり、会社の成長意欲が足し算ではなく掛け算になる事を期待してます。
そして、2日は早速会社で働く上での新入社員研修
皆んな良い感じでした^_^
多くの企業は3日の今日が入社式のところも多いようですね
周りにフレッシュなスーツを着た人達が沢山歩いてます。
来年の新卒採用目標はハードル高いです

We held a welcoming ceremony for new employees on the 1st April.
We played sports together as an invitation event in the end of March.
Long-rope skipping, Dodge ball…
Made us tired, but I think the new employees were able to get to know each other.
As we provide job offers across the country, they come from different hometown.
The atmosphere of the welcoming ceremony was like this.
The number of employees is increasing by 100 people every year.
Although we provide job offers to mid-career workers, I feel that people who recently graduate from college give us more energy.
Our service is to provide something we can’t see to the customers.
Which means your enthusiasm is equal to the Company’s enthusiasm.
It is no doubt.
We expect that your enthusiasm make company’s enthusiasm double.
Then we gave them training on the 2nd of April.
Looked good atmosphere.
I have heard that a lot of companies have welcoming ceremony today.
I saw many people who seem to be new employees of other companies were walking on the street.
We are planning to hire 150 new graduates next year.
Time flies. The year will pass very fast.
